wednesday – ina’s lemon chicken (subbing chicken broth for the wine) and roasted asparagus
thursday – leftovers
friday -baked tilapia with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli
saturday – balsamic vinegar chicken with fresh tomatoes and a green salad
sunday – crockpot white chicken chili
